The Featured Products Showcase highlights selected products from exhibitors. A popular destination for buyers and retailers, the Featured Products Showcase is the perfect place to highlight new products, line extensions, packaging, and more.
Exhibitors may purchase up to three (3) shelves. Each shelf space is $525
The spaces are 38.5″ W x 13.5″ L x 14″ H and will be vertically oriented in the cabinet.
You are free to get creative with the space, you may decorate and may place as many products that will fit within the shelf space. You may also use battery powered stick-up lights in your display.
Shelves are organized alphabetically by company name, starting from the top shelf going down.
Attendees will be able to see your product at the show and scan a QR code with the Sweets & Snacks Expo mobile app to learn more about your product with the information you provide in your Dashboard.
To purchase a space, log in to your Exhibitor Dashboard and select the “Featured Product Showcase” button.

Set-Up Information
Exhibitors must bring their display materials to the Featured Product Area (in the Hoosier Lobby, near the Crossroads) and set it up on the assigned shelf. Products cannot be shipped to this area.
Setup Hours: Monday, May 13, 9am-4:00pm – No items accepted after 4:00pm
Important Note about the Cabinets
The display cabinets will have a plexi cover placed over the shelves once the cabinet is full. Exhibitors will NOT have the ability to easily make adjustments to their displays after the plexi covers are installed! Please have all your display materials ready when you check in. They can only be removed and replaced by Freeman staff. The covers will be removed during show move-out starting Thursday at 1:00pm.
